Diane Owens

Diane brings more than 33 years of experience in the legal field to our team, where she primarily assists with general civil litigation and estate matters.

​

Diane began her legal career in Paducah, Kentucky, where she gained extensive experience in real estate transactions, title work, deeds, loan closings, and general legal practice. She later spent 18 years in Athens, Alabama, working primarily in personal injury and civil litigation matters, including automobile accidents, premises liability, other tort claims, and Social Security Disability appeals.

After returning to Tennessee, Diane continued her career in Pulaski, where she developed additional experience in estate planning and general civil matters. Her extensive background across multiple areas of law allows her to approach each matter with practical knowledge, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the legal process.

Diane holds an Associate of Arts degree from Martin College (now the University of Tennessee - Southern), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Athens State University, and a paralegal certification.

​

A lifelong resident of the region, Diane was raised in Giles County and is committed to serving the community she calls home. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Gus. She also enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, baking, and visiting the mountains. She is an active member of St. Andrew Community Church, where she serves on the Executive Board and Care Team.
