Emmy Slaughter Williams
Emmy is a cross-media specialist and provides the Firm with dynamic solutions for our client's public relations and media needs. Because many conflicts and high-profile cases are covered in real time on social media and the internet, Emmy's experience and eye for public relations has helped steer clients and associates through difficult and anxious times.
Emmy graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Telecommunications and from the College of Central Florida with an A.A. in Journalism. She has a broad and diverse background in newspaper media, radio and television broadcasting, and private and non-profit corporation marketing and event coordination. Emmy is co-founder of the New South Resource Group, a firm providing fresh and creative approaches to grant writing and public funding needs, and she administratively assists the MBA program at Martin Methodist College's Johnston School of Business.
Emmy was raised among the citrus groves and sawgrass Gulf waters of Central Florida, and later moved to Nashville to work in the event coordination and education industries. She's a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Pulaski, the Giles County Art Foundation, and the Rotary Club of Pulaski, Tennessee.
