Cynthia Hiebert
Cynthia Hiebert is clerking with our Firm to focus on helping you plan for the times when you won't be able to. She is a third-year law student at Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, and she has directed her studies to develop into a passionate civil and criminal trial attorney and counselor with a new and fresh perspective on general practice in Middle Tennessee.

Cynthia is a native of Lincoln County. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, and was a member of the varsity tennis team, Chi Omega sorority, and the PanHellenic Council. Prior to Oglethorpe she was a dual enrollment high school scholar at Motlow State in Fayetteville and earned an Associate of Science degree, magna cum laude, before high school graduation.
At Belmont Law, Cynthia is an Articles Editor for the Belmont Law Review and President of the Women's Law Student Organization. She has been honored with the Legal Information and Communication I Best Performance Award and Dean's List.
Cynthia has been active in support of the Juvenile Court of Lincoln County, and she has researched, investigated and prepared lawsuits for our Firm's major cases and clients throughout Tennessee.
